The Institute has been spear headed by many Directors over the years for its successful stance in the upliftment of the poor and vulnerable sections of the society. The current Director Bro. Joseph Palakat sees through theall round growth and development of the children and the institute as a whole.With dedicated staff members and the Guidance of Bro Director together help in the realisation of the aims and mission of the Institution.

Young people need to be surrounded by people who love, care for, appreciate and accept them. Educational Activities –
- Teach a language, GK, Maths or any other subject
- Skill Development -Teach dance, drama, music
- Games and Sports – Teach sports, chess etc
- Fund Raising – Raising funds for basic needs of the children
